'We were at Villa Zoadello the last week of July 2023. It was wonderful there in and around the spacious, clean and beautiful house, in the area and on the lake. Nice walk from the house to the waterfall. And had a few wonderful "beach afternoons" at the lake. There is a lot of information in the house for fun trips. But relaxing with a book, a glass of wine and a BBQ on the terrace was also wonderful. The week went by way too quickly again. We would go back again in a heartbeat. Eije and Eveline'

'Really a great house to stay with friends. We were four adults and two 10-month-old babies and it went perfectly! Great that we could use the two camping beds. We enjoyed drinks on the terrace in the spring sun, delicious pizzas from the village, beautiful walks in the mountains, fun trips to Brescia and playing games by the fire in the evening. The kitchen is also a huge plus: everything you need to cook delicious meals is available and it is a super nice space to sit together. We will definitely come back because there is still so much to discover and do in the area! Especially if you like cycling, you can cycle many beautiful routes.'

'What a nice house to spend a week with our daughter (9 months)! The house is fully equipped and beautifully and practically renovated by Tessa and Guus. While we enjoyed the beautiful view on the roof terrace, our daughter crawled around, which was also very safe due to the good fence. Everything has been thought of, so there is also a parasol and tarp/shade cloth, so you can sit outside at any time of the day. During our holiday, two befriended couples came by and even with 6 adults and 2 small children, the villa was spacious enough and there were enough seating areas for wonderful evenings on the roof terrace. The surroundings of the villa are beautiful and there is plenty to do, especially with all the great tips from the book that Tessa and Guus have made especially for their guests.'

'Upon entering it immediately felt good. Everything has been thought of. We have had a wonderful week. Breakfast on the terrace with the sound of the birds in the background. If you want crowds, you descend the mountain to Lake Iseo. In short: relaxing.'

'What a lovely, peaceful place and what a fantastic view! We really enjoyed two weeks of Villa Zoadello with our kids (8 months and 3 years). Very nice that a high chair and cots for the kids were already present. Just like the play corner on the (fenced) roof terrace! Moreover, the rooms are not noisy and dark, so our girls slept better than at home ;). If you come for peace and quiet then you are in the right place, but the bustle of Lake Iseo is also only a fifteen minute drive away (you can park your car in front of the house). As well as the wonderful restaurants in the valley where you can go every day for a pranzo (lunch), great activity with kids if you ask us :). We often think back to the breakfasts, drinks and bbqs in the sun on the roof terrace. La dolce vita :)'

'In the week from 21 to 28 August, we had a super week in "Villa Zoadello" on Lake Iseo. What a nice house, upon entering we were immediately enthusiastic, tastefully decorated, 3 beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms, with balcony with 2 sun loungers and beautiful views. The house is fully equipped, large balcony and again with a beautiful view! We have made nice trips and eaten delicious everywhere. Iseo town is 20 minutes down the mountain, where there is plenty to do. The restaurant Zoadello is a few minutes' walk away, you can have a delicious lunch and dinner there, and ... you can roll into your bed in no time! In short, a wonderful place to spend a holiday. '

'The villa has been beautifully renovated by Guus and Tessa. We experienced the feeling of coming home throughout the holiday. The villa is fully equipped, and is beautifully situated in the mountains. All materials for the kitchen are available, and bed linen / towels were (washed) provided. On arrival there was an extensive description of the villa, the surroundings and trips ready. The communication with Guus and Tessa was very good, and we were always allowed to approach them with questions and/or comments. There is plenty to do and visit in the area. We really liked our visit to Zoadello, and the villa. It certainly won't be the last time we go there. We can heartily recommend the villa. '

'We have been here a few times now and found it a pleasure to be here. Such a beautiful house, the beautiful decor, the spectacular view and above all the wonderful light at sunrise and sunset. Up here, at about 600m altitude, you live in the real Italy: messy, friendly, hospitable, helpful, rich in local delights. Down by the beautiful lake: everything beautifully maintained, luxurious shops, lovely terraces. And then the mountains, they attract us because of their wealth of rock types. It constantly produces surprises. And the rifugios: cakes and lunches, a luxury. '
